Grupo Scribere works under the following policies:
- Signing of contract for every project, regardless of length, subject matter, timeline, client, etc. - Signing of Non-Disclosure Agreement (if applicable). - Services will not start until a signed contract and a down payment (when applicable) have been received. - Files received for analysis will be erased from our database after 30 days of submittal if no services have been requested and confirmed. - Depending on the length of the project, a down payment may be required. - Discounts and special rates will be applied only under certain conditions.
